Since the samples speak for themselves, I would like to use this page to give you some additional information about myself, which will help you make an informed decision whether to hire me or not.

Educational Background

I attended Fayetteville State University in Fayetteville, North Carolina for two years as an English/Literature Major. Although I would like to say I graduated, I did not, choosing to leave college when I began publishing magazine articles and decided to pursue my dream of becoming a freelance writer.

Work Experience

As a freelance writer I have written for newspapers:

• CrossCurrent, the Newspaper of the Diocese of East Carolina

as well as hundreds of brochures, from healthcare to retail to real estate to financial and more.

I have worked through many well-established advertising agencies, writing for clients such as:

I held the position of Sr. Copywriter with a full-service advertising agency, The AdWorks Agency, which is now based in Wilmington, North Carolina. During my three years there, I was involved with concept and development, working closely with the art department. I was responsible for writing all:

• Radio and television

for our largest client, Cape Fear Valley Medical Center, a 750-bed regional medical facility as well as the complete client list of the agency. In addition to healthcare, I wrote for the Fayetteville Convention and Business Bureau and St. Joseph  of the Pines Retirement Community.

Today, I am primarily involved in Internet Content Writing:, which includes writing for an online newspaper, The Las Vegas Guardian Voice as well as writing:
